This page is the first step toward creating a teaching profile on the Wisconsin Music Teacher Association website. To complete this form you must currently be a paid member of the association. All profiles for inactive members will be removed from the database.

Here is what you will do:

1. Enter your name and email address in the fields below and hit the “sign up” button. You will receive an email with a link to complete registration.

2. Click on the link from your email. This will lead you back to the registration page on the website.

3. Fill in all your profile information including your contact information and areas of interest.

4. Upload a profile photograph (Optional).

5. Keep the signup email so you can follow the link and edit your information if it changes in the future.
