WMTA Annual State Conference

The Wisconsin Music Teachers Association conference is held annually in the fall at various locations in the state of Wisconsin.  Our two day event will include numerous workshops, performances, our fun awards banquet, a conference guest artist, master class and other WMTA get-together events.   Members have an opportunity to participate by submitting proposals and papers for presentation.

Four great reasons why YOU should attend the WMTA conference:

Educational opportunities.  No matter how experienced you are at your business, everyone can learn.  Working as an independent music teacher can often be isolating, and without exposure to a variety of points of view, we can miss new ideas and trends that can impact future results.

Networking with peers.  The WMTA annual conference provides our members with a wonderful opportunity to network with peers and colleagues.

Encounter new teaching materials and products.  Discovering innovative products and services for your business is necessary to stay competitive in today’s fast-paced world.

Position yourself as an expert.  When you are active in WMTA, you can develop a reputation as an expert to your peers, students, families and community.
