Advertising during the WMTA Annual conference is a great way to reach multiple people at once. Ads will be placed in the booklet that is provided to all attendees. Payment is due in full within 14 days of ad submission. Invoices can be provided upon request. All artwork must be emailed to WMTA in a high quality .jpg, .png, or .tif format. The deadline for submitting ad information is usually around 6 weeks before the event date. Ad costs are based on the space you need.
